SlashVibe VIP Reservation Refund Policy

Your $1 USD SlashVibe VIP reservation is fully refundable at any time before the Kickstarter campaign launches, currently scheduled for October 27, 2026.

If the SlashVibe Kickstarter campaign or the private $149 VIP reward is canceled, your $1 reservation payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

This reservation provides access to the private $149 VIP reward planned for the SlashVibe Kickstarter campaign. It is not a purchase or preorder of SlashVibe hardware, is separate from any Kickstarter pledge, and no physical product will be shipped for this order. No product return is required.

To request a refund, email hello@slashvibe.ai from the email address used at checkout and include your Shopify order number. Shopify Payments, your card issuer, or your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
